My older sister Kiley and her husband James had their first child on June 26, 2009. Tucker James. Here are a few pictures of him.

Beth and myself went to stay with Kiley, James and Tucker on Sunday of Labor Day Week-end. Here are a few pictures of Tucker at 10 weeks. I could just eat him up!

Cock-a-doodle-doo!! Nolan Scott turns 2!!

Nolan's Birthday Party was on August 22, 2009 at 3 o'clock. The theme was farm animals. Oh...I had it all planned out, and it was going to be soooo cute. And then of course the week of, it was calling for rain. My house is not big enough to hold a whole lot of people, so I thought positive, saying to myself that it would at least rain before or after and we could have it outside.
I had my father-in-law and mother-in-law come and we put up tents for the rain or for the sun. I had 12 bails of hay for decoration and games. Some of the activities I had planned were as follows: Bean bag toss (I even made a barn from a card board box and bought farm animals to toss in the barn door), bought horsies on a stick for the children to gallop on around the yard, a ball pit with bails of hay, sand table, horse shoes, farm animal puzzles, farm animal puppets, and who knows what else...oh yeah and most importantly was the hay ride. Wellllll.......as you can see in the next picture.....
....it rained, and I mean poured as people were arriving.
We ended up inside, and at that point, I didn't care and the children all played with Nolan's toys.
Here is a picture the cake.

His personal cake

Here is Nolan digging into his cake!

I decided to try and get a picture of all the children (ages of 8 weeks to 3 years old)

It is time to eat!
